What we built
We built an intelligent work-routing system that reads each incoming job, scores the available linguists against it, and assigns automatically while leaving a clear override for the coordinators. AI does the matching the team used to do in their heads, consistently and instantly.

What changed
Routing that used to depend on a person manually triaging every job now happens automatically and consistently, so work reaches the right linguist sooner and coordinators are freed from repetitive assignment.
Putting AI at the center of the assignment decision made the whole operation more scalable: the same team handles more volume without the routing becoming the bottleneck.
